Yes - aluminium is infinitely recyclable, meaning it can be melted down and reformed without any quality loss. Our cans already contain 73% recycled content. Put them in your kerbside recycling bin.
You choose a plan size (12, 24, or 48 cans), pick your flavour mix, and select a delivery frequency (every 2, 3, or 4 weeks). We charge and dispatch on the same schedule. You can change your mix, pause, or cancel at any time from your account.
Absolutely. Log into your account anytime before your next dispatch date to update your selections. There's no limit on how often you can change.
There isn't one. You can cancel after your first order with no fee. We don't hide a cancellation button or make you call us - it's one click in your account.
Currently we ship to the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Sweden. We're expanding to more EU countries throughout 2026 - sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Let us know and we'll swap it out of your next order. If you've received a can you genuinely dislike, contact us and we'll credit your account. We'd rather you enjoy it than feel stuck.
Sparq is sparkling water with natural flavouring - there's nothing in it that's unsuitable for children. That said, carbonated drinks in general aren't recommended for very young children.
