Blood oranges from Sicily have a flavour that regular oranges simply don't - darker, richer, with a slight berry undertone that changes depending on the harvest. We use Moro variety extract sourced from a family-run cooperative near Catania, and it shows.

Tasting Notes
Rich citrus with a distinctly dark, almost berry-like quality. Less sharp than regular orange, more complex. A slight bitterness at the finish from the pith gives it depth.
